Cannot get my Order and they do not answer the phone

Order placed 6/1 and it is 6/19/23 and I still do not have it. Tracking system does not work on the website because they can no longer ship via USPS.

South Beach update your website and communicate with your customers. Signature is now required and they use various delivery companies. Lone Star Overnight text me 2 weeks after my ordeer and said they do not have enough volumn to deliver to my address which is a town an jour from San Antonio and Austin. They said I could come pick it up myself.

Unacceptable South Beach Smoke. If you contract with LSO, they should deliver. At least let your customer know if you cannot deliver to their area. You have $130 of money and I am spending hours on hold and emailing to get a live person to help me.

Shame on you South Beach!

Due to to web page issues I wasn't able (again) to place an order with the advertised 20% discount. Called several times but never received a call back as promised. Called today as was told "too late." Second issue. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a response regarding a $200 order that wasn't delivered. Since product must be signed for I expected proof of delivery or a replacement order. Again, lousy customer service.

Well I called to check on the status of my order, they sent me a link to track my order , it looks like my order has been in mount vernon since the 18th and is up for delivery on that same date. We'll still no order has arrived so I will call them again and get this figured out, it doesn't seem to be there issue it's a shipers issue for now ok not complaining yet

I place an order in July and at the end of August still not received. Long hold times to get thru. No person ever answered the 24 hour number. Will no longer order from this company. I just want my money back.

I have been trying to place my order for nearly a month but it wont submit. Ive emailed countless times. No response. Ive been a very long term customer and each order is over $300US...so around $599AUD or more. Im also in Australia. What is going on. Im going to change supplier.

I ordered aug 1st order never showed up as of sept 6. My 2nd order aug 14th arrived 9 days later. Contacted Customer support GOOD LUCK getting a response back, no call back no email. Try calling customer support on hold 5 hours. Well never again order.

I have not problem so far but the ecig gets hot and burns my lip. The first 2 didn't last very long. If so many people are unhappy make it right or you will not get anymore business and they will tell

Terrible shipping experience

Sent an incorrect waybill showing an amount over $1000AUD Then I had customs asking for approx. $600AUD in duty My order was only just over $300AUD First they blamed customs, then they swore the amount was correct I spent ages trying to get it solved through customer service but it was only when I got on their Facebook page (where anyone might see ) that they admitted fault and refunded my purchase price and sent me a $50USD gift voucher GUESS WHAT? THE VOUCHER IS INVALID

This company first of all makes the worst e cig I have used yet. I ordered 4 starter kits and used 1 cartomizer each as I ordered 4 different flavors and now these worthless bastards won't refund a single dime. The e cig is like sucking through a straw and the flavors suck!!! and if you don't like it you can forget getting your money back.

Bad customer help bad E ciggarette

I received my starter pack, It did not include a way to charge it. can not charge it with only a wall adapter. I emailed you several times asking for that part. I constantly was told it was on back order.m I never got it. When I was able to purchase the part and try the E cigarette I found problems with it. It leaks the liquid out and running down the tank. I cannot user it because of that. Due to that I haven't been able to use it even once.I'm very dissatisfied with the product and customer care. I would appreciate it if your company would stand behind the product you sell and also make it right when you're e cigarette is no good and the starter kt is incomplete.

I've ordered from South Beach Smoke several times in the past without issue. Suddenly, I get nothing but the run a around about my AGE. I'm many years over 21. I sent them the required last 4 digits of my social security number and I keep getting emails asking to verify my age. I tried calling them and never get an answer. Every time the govt sticks their dirty fingers into anything (like with this ridiculous age verification nonsense) it becomes RUINED! You can go to the gas station and buy POISONOUS CANCER STICKS ALL DAY LONG no matter what your age but these psychopathic HYPOCRITES won't let us buy e cigs that are 95% less damaging to the body. WHAT A JOKE! SO SICK OF BIG BROTHER TRYING TO BABY SIT ME! They don't care about our health, to the contrary! They don't want us to have anything but their prescribed POISONS! Looks like South Beach Smoke has been bought out by these freaks or are being controlled by them somehow. And GreenSmoke is the same exact way. TOTAL NONSENSE!

Irregular cartridge quality and worthless customer service

I have been a South Beach smoke customer for approximately 2-1/2 years. I was grateful for the fact that with their product I was able to stop smoking regular cigarettes. For the first 2+ years I had no problems with cartridge quality. However, over the last several months I have found that entire packs (5 cartridges) of cartridges did not work at all, even after trying them with several different fully charged batteries. At first I just threw out brand new cartridges that did not work. I then began saving them in a plastic bag. I finally counted up over 50 defective cartridges in the bag, collected in just a few months. I called the company and tried to explain the problem. I offered to return the defective cartridges. While the customer service agent was pleasant, she seemed to be purposely not understanding what I was saying. I told her over and over again that I had tried using defective cartridges with at least 2 or 3 fully charged batteries that worked fine with previous (and subsequent) cartridges. She kept saying my batteries were no longer good because I had charged them overnight. SIGH!!! However, when I opened a new box of cartridges they would work fine with the same batteries, but I would be stuck with an entire box that were worthless. They ended up sending me 2 new batteries for free with the next shipment of cartridges. The new batteries work fine (as my old batteries did) with cartridges that are not defective. However, out of 9 boxes of cartridges I now have 3 boxes (15 cartridges) that are completely worthless. Trying to take a puff off of a brand new defective cartridge is like using one that has been smoked dry. I have also noticed that the cartridge color is now darker than they were for the first 2 years, so I am assuming something has changed in their manufacturing process also. I guess it is time to find a new E-cig company that has better quality control and customer service agents who will listen to you and not pretend to not understand what you are talking about.

I happen to love south beach smoke but there shipping prices are outrageous and the cost of their e-liquid is also overpriced and don't get me started on the price of their batteries and tanks. If they were to lower their prices they would keep alot more customers. They are loosing so many because of their competition is HUGE and keeps growing every day!
